Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team.
- Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Photo or video proof of damage or issue must be provided.

No Refunds For
- Perishable items like fresh vegetables, greens, and food, once delivered
- Customer change of mind or personal preferences after delivery
